Our professional services are engaged separately through a written engagement letter. Those engagement terms, not these website terms, govern any accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, advisory, automation, or due-diligence work we do for you. In the event of any inconsistency, the signed engagement letter prevails for matters within its scope.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any applicable engagement letter, set out the entire agreement between you and Finacco in relation to the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You and Finacco submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the federal courts of Australia sitting in Victoria for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.
